REGISTRATION FEES
Conference Registration Fee - 150 Euro
Single Day Participation - 70 Euro
Accompanying Person Fee - 70 Euro
The conference fee includes:
- the Welcome Cocktail on Thursday, 21 April at 19.00h (the place will be announced later on)
- the Conference Dinner on Friday, 22 April at the Hotel Europejski
- 2 coffee breaks and lunch on each conference day
- conference bag
- printed conference programme
- abstract book edited as a supplement of "Nuclear Medicine Review," a Journal of Central and Eastern Europe.
The Accompanying Person Fee includes the Welcome Cocktail on Thursday, 21 April and Conference Dinner on Friday, 22 April.
The Single Day Participation Fee includes: 2 coffee breaks and lunch, conference bag, printed conference programme and abstract book edited as a supplement of "Nuclear Medicine Review, a Journal of Central and Eastern Europe."
ABSTRACTS SUBMISSION
Formatting Guidelines for Abstracts:
Abstracts will be published in the Nuclear Medicine Review Central & Eastern Europe.
Abstracts (max. 3 000 characters in English) will be formatted as single columns on a double column page of A4 size (vertical). Therefore the tables, figures and photographs (black and white) should be adjusted to max. 80 mm width. Abstracts should be submitted in electronic form (MS Word format) as an attachment via e-mail to the address: [email protected]
For the layout and more detailed formatting instructions, please follow the explanations in the sample document - the COST Action B12 abstract template.
The abstract should be compiled in the following order:
Title, Times New Roman font, 11pt, bold, center
Name(s) of author(s), Times New Roman font 10pt bold, center
Affiliations, Times New Roman font 9pt, normal center
Abstract (body), Times New Roman, 10 pt, normal, right-left justified.
References, Times New Roman, 10 pt, normal, right-left justified
Please leave one blank line 11pt after the affiliations
References should appear in the text as numbers within square brackets and listed at the end of the abstract (10pt, single spacing, right-left justified).
